Looking for something different and rewarding in your fitness routine? Come and try a COED adult fitness "BOOT CAMP" two evenings ( M&W) a week led by your instructor-Heather Frazee. The 5 week summer "BOOT CAMP" program will focus on using your own body weight resistance, cardiovascular exercises and hand/leg weights to keep you tone, fit and looking GREAT! We will utilize both indoor and outdoor facilities at Painter Park, 190 Kelsey Ave. Please supply your own floor mat and weights.
NOTE: TRIAL CLASS is available for adults at least 16 yrs old the fist week of class or contact the Recreation Programmer to schedule another date. Please sign a waiver form with the instructor prior to the start of the class.
