The Tall Oaks Recreation Office in Painter Park at 190 Kelsey Ave. is open Mon-Fri, except for City Holidays, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. On-line program registration available 24 hours. Anyone with a disability who may require reasonable modification or assistance to participate in our programs should call our office. Department officials reserve the right to cancel any program because of insufficient enrollment and reserve the right to adjust program fee, times and locations. Furthermore, officials are not responsible for typographical errors.
