Instructor, Mary Beth Colleran will facilitate your KRIPALU YOGA experience by utilizing classic yoga postures while focusing on breath awareness and relaxation for integrating one's body, mind, and spirit. Benefits of Kripalu yoga include development of better balance, flexibility, strength, body awareness and helps to reduce stress. Anyone can do Kripalu yoga, no prior experience required and all practicing yoga levels are welcomed since non-judgemental self awareness is an essential part of Kripalu yoga. This is an adult COED program and participant must be at least 16 years of age.
