Light weights

Join our exercise workout designed by instructor Heather
Frazee one or twice a week and see results in your energy level and waistline. This program will include various muscle toning and body sculpting techniques utilizing aerobic steps, exercise bands and bars, medicine ball, hand & leg weights. YOU control the intensity of your work out!

1 or 2 day options of Cardio-tone class available or consider the Combination option for a considerable saving! This option allows you to participate in any additional class of Tai Chi, Zumba and Yoga during the session.   


Not sure what to expect from the program? WHPR invites you to attend a **TRIAL CLASS** open to individuals 16 yrs and older the first week of the session or contact the park/rec office to make arrangements. In order to try a class, PLEASE show up at the exercise room a few minutes before class to complete and sign a WHPR participant waiver form with the INSTRUCTOR .

PLEASE NOTE: ZUMBA class is held at Seth Haley Gym 104 South St.; Tai Chi & Yoga held at Molloy Bldg. room #15 255 Meloy Rd.

Registration opens: Fall session-Sept. 4th;Winter session-Dec. 18-31-early registration $10 discount applies; Spring session-TBD

General Information
  • Class is designed for all levels of exercise enthusiasts - a fun way to tone & firm your body with noticeable results.
  • Class meets M/W at WHBOED Molloy Bldg. room #15, 255 Meloy Rd. and Zumba meets Tue. and/or Thu. at Seth Haley GYM 104 South St; Tai Chi-Thu & Yoga-Tue meet at Molloy Bldg Rm#15.
  • NO CLASS during school sanctioned event/federal/state holidays.
  • Please provide your own floor mat, hand and /or leg weights - optional.
  • Exercise bands, medicine balls, aerobic steps, hand & leg weights will be utilized throughout the session.
  • For weather related cancellations, monitor the homepage of this website for alerts or email notification.
  • $5 Senior discount.
