April Break Hikes

Looking for something for your kids to do over April Break(15th-18th)?  Join us on some hiking adventures!  Every day is a different local hike.  Drop off and pick up at 190 Kelsey Ave. We plan on hiking at East Rock, West Rock, Sleeping Giant and Silver Sands.  Friday will be used as a rain date. Bag a lunch, snack, water, a few dollars, (just in case), a backpack (or cinch sac). Wear sneakers or hiking boots (trails may have roots) and dress in layers. We will hike anywhere from 3 – 6 miles per day, and some trails may be more challenging than others.  Drop off and pick up at Park Rec and bus will bring them to the hiking location.  We will hike first and eat lunch after or during the hike.  We will take a few breaks along the way to tie shoes, hydrate, learn a little about the park. Friday will be used as a rain date.April Break HIking
