Track & Field
Our inclusive track and field program is a 6 week introductory program for both boys and girls ages 7 through 13.  It will run Saturday from 12-1:30pm at the high school track located on Educational Way. We will introduce all the aspects of track and field including running, jumping and throwing events. Our coaches currently coach or participate at West Haven High and would like to extend that love of the sport to our youth. 
*Note: We use a heavy shot put, a discus they need to be able to grip, and utilize hurdles that would be difficult for younger children, but encourage all to try.Track & field flier
